Located in the countryside of the Etruscan town of Cortona, Villa Irene is an elegant and lovely villa that reflects the real Tuscan soul, with the beautiful surrounding garden and a private swimming pool, it could be considered the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family far from the cities’ noises! The villa is a beautiful brick building typical of Tuscany and has recently undergone extensive renovation to offer a good standard of accommodation for a very comfortable stay. Outside a wonderful garden with rosemary, sage, basil, nuts, cypresses, vineyards and olive trees and one veranda for “dining al fresco” during the summer. Inside, this villa is true to form and offers pretty Italian furnishings and characteristic beamed ceiling. Thanks to the great position of the villa you will reach, within a short time, the many hamlets and important cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Cortona, Arezzo, Trasimeno Lake, Perugia, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino are less than 50 km away. This property is part of an important estate with a prestigious winery where, on request the owner can organize wine tasting, cooking class and gourmet dinner among the vineyards. Pool is open from 14 of May till 30 of September. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 150 euro - Pets 40 euro each one - Heating cost 2,5 euro per mc - Air conditioning 0,25 per kwh - Visitor's tax 2,5 euro per person per day.
