In winter months, an extra fee for heating applies.
For stays longer than 7 nights, there is an additional cost of €250 for linen/towel change and cleaning service.
For each guest beyond the eighth, a supplement of €25 per night applies.

The owners live on-site in a separate and independent part of the farmhouse and are happy to offer helpful tips to make the most of your stay.

We had a great time at this vacation rental. It was easy to get to and visit many of the beautiful villages in Lago di Garda (Lazise, Sirmione, Bordalino, Salo). Also easy to visit Verona from here and we hired a boat one day to drive us around and swim in the lake.
The house itself is quite large, with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and large with a view of the Torre di San Martino di Battaglia which is stunning. The Tower itself is a fun outing and very close.
We cooked for a few nights and also went to a few agriturismos near the villa which were very good. The property's caretakers Manu and Helena (I hope I got the names right) were very helpful and available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or provide recommendations.
I must say, the best part is the beautiful large swimming pool! It was quite hot while we were there (there is AC that works well) and the kids could not stay out of the pool.
All in all, I highly recommend this rental for a great family vacation!

We rented this house for a week, 10 adults and two small children. The garden is amazing, the pool is fantastic and the house is in walking distance to two restaurants.
The pool was a favorite, and had a shallow (110cm) and deep (220cm) end.
The house itself is old and very traditional, and has newly upgraded doors and windows.
The only concern we had was the fact that there is no air conditioning, but as other guests have pointed out, there are bug nets in front of the windows which lets you have them open by night, as well as fans throughout every room. If you are not unlucky and find yourself in a heat wave, you should be more than fine
We had a great time and could have asked for a more Italian experience. Hope to be back!
