Whether it's a lazy poolside getaway or a seaside holiday you're after, Villa Marilisa is a great choice. The house is only 15 minutes' walk from one of the islands' few sandy beaches as well as the shops and restaurants of Roda. This charming 3 bedroom villa is bright and airy, and has a unique, large pergola with seating and a BBQ by the private swimming pool and lawn. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included. The pool, garden and BBQ area are without doubt the highlight of Villa Marilisa. The terrace and lawn provide ample space to sunbathe, or if you prefer the comfort of the shade, by the poolside is a fantastic covered area with seating, an impressive brick BBQ, an exterior WC and shower. There is also a table and chairs on the raised terrace, by the villa, which overlooks the pool and grounds. A gravel area at the front of Villa Marilisa provides space for your car if you choose to hire one. The gated pathway leads from here to a small terrace area by the entrance, at the right hand side of the villa. The living space is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors on either side of the room open straight onto the dining terrace, pool area and garden. The practical and well-designed kitchen has all mod cons for a relaxing stay. The spacious double bedroom is on the first floor, and has an en suite shower room and a small balcony with a table and chairs. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with patio doors onto the side terrace. The second twin bedroom has a seating area on the ground level and a staircase up to a mezzanine level with 2 single beds and a traditional beamed, sloping ceiling. All areas are accessible
