- Hallway: Leads to the other 2 bedrooms
- Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk for reading or working.
- Master bedroom: Double bed, desk, large wardrobe, balcony, and en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.
- Master bathroom: Fully equipped with marble-style stoneware cladding and a large shower.
FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount on the rate automatically applied by the system
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.
‼️The house is not suitable for light sleepers, the rooms have double glazing, but still overlook the street where the tram goes by - we are in the centre of Milan.
Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

THE AREA
Milano Navigli Harmony Flat is located just steps from Piazza XXIV Maggio, the gateway to the Navigli district, the Darsena, and Porta Ticinese, which leads to the Duomo. From here, every part of Milan is easily accessible thanks to excellent transport connections.
The apartment is just outside Area C, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. Bocconi University is only a few hundred meters away. The surrounding streets offer shopping in beautiful stores and ateliers, as well as charming city views. This vibrant, dynamic area is rich in services, restaurants, and bars. The IEO (Via S. Luca) and the Gaetano Pini Institute are less than a kilometer away.

The apartment was lovely and located within walking distance to many of the attractions. The host was responsive and helpful. As noted in the description, there is a lot of street level noise mainly because of the trolley.

Nicola was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as listed – very spacious and comfortable and clean. Nicola was incredibly accommodating when we were delayed with our luggage, patiently waiting for us and even helping with all our bags. Once at the apartment, he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we really enjoyed. The check-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

We liked how the apartment was very spacious, clean and in a great location. It was walking distance to the Navigli district, which is a fun place to explore.The not so good part of this apartment is the noise. The street traffic and noise at night made it difficult to sleep. That is not something that the host can do anything about, but it was enough to mention. It was also difficult to manage the electricity so the circuit breakers didn't trip regularly. Lastly, there weren't enough kitchen supplies for 6 people.Overall, we found the apartment to be decent and worked for our stay, but it wasn't without downsides.
