About this cottage rental
A two bedroom chalet sleeping four people, just outside of Dartmouth. Benefitting from countryside views and plenty of off road parking.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: 32" Freeview TV
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Residents car park, not allocated. No smoking.. 306 Norton Park sleeps four people in two bedrooms. This chalet in Norton Park is nestled away in a site just 5 minutes outside of the main town of Dartmouth. As Dartmouth can get very busy due to its popularity, it is nice to find somewhere that feels relaxing and peaceful but without being too far away from the action. The property is suitable for couples and families looking to take a break away in the area.
With the property as a base there are many different things to do such as visiting the Royal Naval College, Collaton Fishacre and Greenway House, amongst other National Trust properties. There are family friendly days out such as Woodlands Theme Park which is only 3 miles away, or why not take the ’Round Robin’ tour taking you to a variety of local towns via different modes of transport for a full day of sightseeing. Of course, there is the main town of Dartmouth itself just 2 miles away. Dartmouth has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants but the nearest of these being ½ mile and 1¾ miles away. The nearest beach of Blackpool Sands is also only 3¾ miles away.

Great chalet. Clean. Adequate. Has an electric coin meter but you just put through the same one pound coin so is doesn’t actually cost you anything. Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. DVD doesn’t work as it has a scart connection and the tv doesn’t. Think it may be a new tv. Just be careful of the 3 rather steep doorsteps into the chalet, although there is handrails on both sides of the steps. I would definitely return again.

The property had everything you need for a staycation. Lovely view of Dartmouth Harbour.
