Relax in the balmy Mediterranean atmosphere of the Istrian Peninsula at this fabulous sea-view holiday getaway for 6! This 2-bedroom retreat is best suited for families, with 4 adults and 2 children.
Located on the second floor, the fully air-conditioned holiday house accommodates families or a group of friends seeking a serene sea escape, with the Istrian Coast beaches just a 15-minute walk away. The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, an office area and the kitchen-dining corner, creating an inviting atmosphere full of natural light.
One of the retreat\'s most impressive features is its location surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and complemented by an equipped outdoor oasis, allowing you to soak up the sun and the pleasant Mediterranean climate. Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher, oven, toaster, and fridge with freezer. The living area offers a cosy spot to relax, complete with a smart TV and a large sofa seating.
The retreat is also equipped with tons of indoor and outdoor entertainment amenities to keep everyone engaged and entertained throughout the stay, including table tennis, badminton, football, and boccie as well as corner board games and colouring books.
Sleeping
Both bedrooms enjoy a lovely sea view. One has a double bed, and the other has bunk beds.
The bunk bedroom also has a working desk.
Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2.
Bathroom
Both bathrooms have a shower, WC and bidet.

We had a wonderful time in the region and Spela and Peter’s house was the perfect place to discover it from! It is modern yet cosy as beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The views from the house are amazing - we enjoyed them over mealtimes and while playing ping pong! Spela and Peter were also very friendly.
