Two-bedroom apartment located inside a residential complex with pool in Manerba del Garda.
The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living area with lake view, equipped with two comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, american coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the beautiful sun-covered patio and garden from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake; the patio is equipped with a dining table and outdoor chairs. The apartment continues with the double bedroom, the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Guests can benefit from amenities such as private parking, Wi-Fi and swimming pool.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.

The location was great for us, but we had our own car. The key pick up is offsite, but it was ok for us with our car. The property was clean and we were steps away from the lake and swimming pool. It was convenient to have our own washing machine within the apartment. The grounds are beautiful with flowers and greenery. Our family of 5 fit well, although it would also work for 6 people. We would stay here again.

Alles so wie beschrieben. Wohnung alles gut (ausreichend Geschirr etc, nur die Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden), tolle Lage und super Blick von der Terrasse auf den See. Grünfläche vor der Terrasse gut für die vorhandenen Liegen/ Stühle nutzbar. Entspannter Urlaub. Gute Restaurants in Moniga!

Die Wohnung, mit schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee, war für 2 Personen gut geeignet aber auch hellhörig. Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich okay. Das Schlafzimmer war aber sehr dunkel und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster. Für die Jahreszeit, September, hätten wir uns passende Bettdecken gewünscht, da es abends kalt wurde. Die Anlage, die gut gepflegt ist, liegt außerhalb von Manerba, so dass ein Auto erforderlich ist.
