Summary:

BRAND NEW 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Hollywood centrally located near the cities most popular shopping and dining. Beautiful house between West Hollywood and Hollywood. Perfect location, walk able to malls, grocery stores, restaurants etc. couple blocks from Target, Starbucks, pharmacy, walk of fame, movie theater etc. Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well. The house is equipped with everything you need.

The Space:

Guests can access the entire home. The home is not shared with anyone else. Guests have access code get in upon check-in to the entire house; includes a two car parking space on site.

We recommend using and Uber or Car Rental to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.



In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.



1) No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.



2) No pets

We, out of principle, do not allow any pets.



3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW

You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.

If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.



6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am

Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.



Parking: Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well.



Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



Day of Arrival:

During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.



Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check-out: 10:00am.



**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.



To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.



Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.



When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

The property is located in an area of LA that is experiencing change and new construction. We found many good restaurants nearby and attractions in a safe environment. The house is not suitable for people with small children or people with disabilities. Our group was very comfortable since the kitchen is in the middle floor and we could share breakfast together before heading out. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare simple dishes. The rooms upstairs are of good size and provide enough privacy between couples. We were happy to have a double garage for the cars.

We stayed here for 3 nights and this was a perfect townhome. Very clean property and very well stocked with all the things you need. Safe location with a entrance gate and garage door. Would stay here again 10/10.

Our family of four enjoyed our time in Hollywoodland #2 so very much. The home is extremely clean and had everything we might need (even plenty of towels for the teens!). The rooftop deck was a favorite! The location is within walking distance of a great grocery store (Ralph’s) just 5 minutes away and some nice shopping. Several tourist destinations are also within walking distance, and we felt safe walking as a family. My only caution is that there are lots of stairs (4 levels) which may be difficult for those with mobility concerns. We felt safe in the property and will absolutely return with our family or possibly friends.
