We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We had a great week at this house. The house had all the amenities we needed and a great location for eight adults. We used Uber a few times to go downtown. We enjoyed the pool everyday and cooked breakfast at the house. The only issue we had was the toilet in the bathroom on the first floor - the chain inside kept breaking and had to be fixed 4 times.
