The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could have needed, and only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and stores. The style and décor were perfect, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day out. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve already saved this listing for future trips to Asheville and will definitely be recommending it to friends. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in!

The property was beautiful, however the lack of water especially to flush toilets was very hard. I do feel since it had been out since the 24th you could have sent the email about it earlier than you did. We were on the road and did not know until we arrived. The girl was nice but said she thought it would be on by the next day. Just all unfortunate!
