This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This is an excellent house for a larger family. It was clean and exactly as advertized. We were very pleased!One comment: the step onto the deck to the main entrance is rotting/detaching and in bad shape. Could become a hazard very soon.

The property was very nice and well appointed. The only one issue we had with the hot tub was IMMEDIATELY addressed and we appreciated it so much! Would definitely recommend this adorable spot but just be aware that two of the bedrooms are down a large flight of stairs so if you have anyone who can’t easily climb up and down those stairs, they will have to stay in the master bedroom upstairs. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This town home was great for a weekend getaway but the layout of the home was not what I expected based on the pictures - not bad, just didn’t realize the separation of two floors. We were very disappointed to have chosen the place for the privacy around the hot tub only to walk out to one set of neighbors making out 20 ft away and the other neighbors looking down on us. The ad pictures showed a privacy wall next to the hot tub that was non existent. The place was clean but we constantly had to figure out the electonics/lights throughout. One remote in a bedroom didn’t have a battery so the light and fan weren’t functioning, usb ports were installed for convenience on the night stands but never plugged up so we had dead phones, the fireplace was not plugged in. There were also some soft spots on the porch steps that felt unsafe.
