Whether you are here to bird watch, enjoy the beach or just to relax, this cottage has it all. Located just 5 mins from Hillman Marsh, 10 mins from Wheatley Provincial Park, 15 mins from Point Pelee and downtown Leamington. Public boat launch and beach nearby. Large back deck has a covered gazebo and includes a BBQ and fire pit.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay! The property was just as advertised, very clean, quiet and relaxing. All of the amenities were very much appreciated. You went over the top on providing everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again! :)

Clean, well equipped, well organized and extremely comfortable. It is a quiet treed locale within short walking distance to Lake Erie beach.In a word, the home is cozy and was the perfect getaway for me.The owner's organizational skills and thoughtfulness are very apparent

Stayed here with my son for a father /son getaway . The propery is very clean and well maintained. Its quoet and peaceful. Walking diatance to the beach and a short drive to most things.The host was very attentive , prompt and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this cottage. Will definetely return.
