Host welcomed us with an email. Amenities were more than expected. Starbucks coffee pods with individual creamers were available of which I replaced for the next person with added sugar. Washer/dryer were available with laundry soap provided. Very clean. Would be nice if check out time was 11am not 10 am- a little early.

We all enjoyed the stay had so much fun. The place was very nice to stay I and super close to sliver dollar city and was close to everything else too

This was our second time at StoneBridge, and we enjoyed our stay very much so! We will definitely be returning in the fall. Communication, the resort, facilities, cleanliness, safety. It was all great!

We had a love/hate relationship with this location.
PRO'S
-location was fantastic. Right on the edge of Stone County, you could get to Silver Dollar City in just a few minutes.
-Open concept of the condo was great. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other
-Parking was easy and right by the door.
-Beds were really comfortable
CON'S
-THE WORST: the key was very hard to use to open the door. It took us 3-5 minutes every time to try to get the door open. When it is over 100 degrees outside and you just got done with traveling, or a day of sightseeing, you want to get in the house as soon as possible, but instead we had to deal with the frustration of unlocking the door. we thought we got it figured out, but didn't work that way the next time. It was terrible. Locking is just as bad, but you can lock from the inside, so we bypassed that. This reason alone is why we will not stay here again.
-this house was not as clean as described. We lifted the toaster to use and there were crumbs under it. As well as the window sills all had bugs and a nice coat of dust
-there was either an end of a blunt or a cigar on the rug in the living room. I have a picture if they want to see it. It was nasty and potentially dangerous. The tub did not drain well at all, so we always had standing water while we showered. There was an earring from another person on the spare bathroom floor. It makes me think they maybe spot clean the place instead of giving it a good scrubbing.
-TV has NO cable or satellite. This is stated in the agreement, but I overlooked it. If you and your family like to relax and enjoy a little tv noise after a long day of sightseeing, do NOT go here. Even the roku in the master bedroom nor the antenna in the living room worked.
-you can hear EVERYTHING the next door neighbor is doing. I don't know if they had rowdy kids or dogs, but there was always movement in the adjourning condo and we heard it all. If this was just loud guests, you may not have a problem. If they are the owners that are always there, bring earplugs.
-The pictures are correct that this place does not have updated appliances, tubs, etc. We knew that and were ok as long as they worked. The tubs had a little too much wear and gunk on them after years of use and they didn't drain worth a crap, but were still usable.
Overall, we decided we can spend a little more money to get a better experience next time. It really sucks though, because this place is in a prime spot.
