This is a fabulous house to vacation with family or friends. It’s very spacious, has a wonderful view, and has a huge selection of kitchen, tools and cookware, etc. Would definitely rent this house again.

⸻Absolutely love this property! This is our third year staying here, and it’s officially become a tradition. Everything from the nearby local pool to the sandy beach and the beautiful town of Manson makes it the perfect getaway for everyone. The only thing we’d love to see added is a table or small sitting area outside—but that’s a small suggestion compared to how amazing the property already is!

We have rented and/or owned at Wapato Point since 1978. We have rented over 10 houses on the point. This was an excellent home for the remodel, view, and location. The only thing that was missing was an outdoor table and comfortable chairs to relax and eat outside. A big area of the upper deck is covered with plenty of space to have a dining or lounge area.

We were a group of two families and were excited to stay in this house. Overall it was fine for our needs and we paid an off peak nightly rate but I may be disappointed if I had paid peak rates.
There was plenty of space for everyone and finding a vrbo with a playroom full of toys was great. The downstairs is a little dark so it wasn’t appealing for adults but was a great space for the kids to hangout since they don’t care as much about a view.
The living room furniture is in poor shape and unfortunately it wasn’t a very comfortable place to hangout for that reason. There was also no table outside so we were not able to eat on the deck.
The kitchen is nicely remodeled but the supplies were disorganized making things hard to find.
The baseboards in the house were very dirty and the linens and towels were older.
The bedrooms have the bare minimum for furniture. The bunk room had a small lamp that had a broken white lamp shade that was taped back together with black electrical tape. In general, the house could just use a little love to make it a more comfortable vacation rental.
Finally, the hot tub was full of brown scum when we arrived and so we were never able to use it. The owners had several people come by so there were service men coming and going everyday but nobody checked in with us or have us a green light for the hot tub while we were there. The owners did give us a small credit for the inconvenience after we checked out.
Despite these details we would probably stay again- knowing what to expect. Can’t beat the location if you enjoy being in Wapato.
