Welcome home away from 🏠: Enjoy daylight as well as evenings at a spacious front porch with sitting area and garden of breath taking fresh flowers 🌻🌺🌹. The backyard area is perfect to relax and or entertain while barbecuing and enjoying California's weather. Bring your bathing suit to go swimming in the 3 to 9 feet depth pool and/or by laying out to tan in the 🌞😎!
There are newly lights installed at the backyard area with switches/ outlets located on the back wall by sofas under new porch and white chairs by tree area and by the BBQ grills area. There is a table that sits 6 at the side/back yard and 4 high chairs at the BBQ table. Four small tables with 2 chairs each are located under the cover patio, along with 4 stools and two side yellow chairs. There are 3 coolers for your drinks and ice in the freezer to enjoy the outdoors.

The house sleeps comfortably a total of 8 people. The house has been remodeled to provide you with cleanliness, welcoming environment and overall a wonderful stay! All beds, furniture, appliances, dishes, pats and pans, utensils are new. Master bedroom has private bathroom with barn door, and queen size bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk full size bed that sleeps 3 people, also bedroom #3 has full size bunk bed for 3 people. Every bedroom has a wooden open concept closet, TV, a chair, table and bedside lamp.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, 🍲 and 🍳 and all utensils as well as dish set and silverware for eight, chapsticks, also plastic utensils, sugar, paper plates and cups. Tea bags/ diet sugar in black counter containers. Coffee in drawer under coffee maker. Ice chips in freezer area, bottle drinking water, also filtered drinking water from refrigerator for cooking and making coffee/tea.

Parking is available in spacious 2 cars to 3 small cars driveway and some on street site. Be advise that street cleaning takes place on Tuesdays on the side of the house, and across the street on Wednesdays.

Washer and dryer are located at corredor side area. Detergent, softener and all the essentials to do your wash are provided.

Bathing and beach towels are provided as well as essentials located at hallway closet.

Inflatable items to use in the pool and pump are provided. Beach ⛱️ toys for kids are available for their use.

Please note that the only part of the property not offered to guests is the attached garage followed by room as it is utilized by maintenance for equipment to keep up a fresh front garden and to maintain a clean pool all year.

Your privacy is completely respected, therefore as per Vrbo, there are no camaras inside the house, nor back or side patio or pool area.

You do not have to wash towels, nor linings before your departure day. You are our guests and on your so well deserved vacation or business trip to enjoy yourselves! We take care of all the washing, cleaning and trash after your stay.

Please let me know ahead of time if you would need an adult shower chair, wheelchair or baby bassinet during your stay.

Stores withing walking distance:
Starter Brothers grocery store, coffee, bagels 🥯 and more are across the street. Lucille's, Lacy dog, Porto's bakery, Argentinian, Mexican, Korean BBQ and many more are 5 minutes drive in West Covina shopping and Mall area by the 10 freeway.
Disneyland is only 33 minutes away. Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Soak City as well as Pirates adventure dinner show, Medieval Times dinner, John's incredible pizza 🍕 all-you- can-eat, arcade with amusement rides too are all 32 minutes away from 🏡. Downtown LA where you find whole sale stores during the week, great deals on quality clothing stores and all occasions party dresses at amazing prices only 20 to 30 minutes drive. Raging Waters is open seasonal (must check schedule prior) Universal Studios is 31 minutes, Knots Berry Farm is 27 minutes, Magic Mountain is an hour away.

No special events, birthdays, graduations with outside guests are permitted to follow quite hours and to respect neighbors privacy. Please don't invite outside guests to stay overnight as they are not on contract list as per VRBO regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
