The main floor king bedroom also has a twin bed and any extra quests can use the pull-out queen in the loft space. Everything was just as described!! The house was wonderful, plenty of room for everyone.There was an issue with the gas fire table, messaged the owner, she sent out her handyman the next morning and took care of it!!Would definitely stay here again!!Thank you Michelle for being a great host!!

The property itself is set in the mountains. We didn't have the greatest of weather while we stayed (overcast most of the time), but from the third floor balcony you are able to get a decent view of the mountains. I wouldn't say that the sunrise was majestic, but definitely a cool view. The house is as stated in the description; the only thing I would note is that the floors throughout the home are very loud and creak whenever someone is walking on them. We had 10 people staying in the home, with 6 being children; moving around left and right it became very loud. We never had a chance to utilize a lot of the amenities; such as the theatre room or the outdoor burn pit (due to the rainy conditions most nights). The owners had great communication with lots of recommendations on places to visit / eat / etc. The hot tub was nice for the 4 adults sitting in it. A bunch of the outdoor string light bulbs were burnt out, didn't bother us; just seemed like no one has checked them in awhile. Overall we were satisfied with the home. Found it to be cheaper and nicer than motel, with the added bonus of privacy for two families.
