Located less than a mile from the heart of the small town of Fischer, this well-appointed home offers a comfortable, modern, and safe spot for your next family vacation! Gather around the firepit equipped with four comfortable chairs for a fun time enjoying the outdoors, or head over to the detached game room. The game room will be the kids' favorite room with a foosball table, a Connect 4 game, a large flatscreen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and even a bed! Let the kids or kids at heart entertain themselves in the game room while the adults hang out around the firepit, watch TV on the large flatscreen TV in the living room, or gather in the nicely furnished screened-in porch. The main living space seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door Whirlpool fridge, a stove with a wooden exhaust hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. The adjoining dining table seats six perfectly and the island offers two more spots.
This air-conditioned retreat has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a well-equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom boasts a wall-mounted TV and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and plenty of space. The furniture on the back porch was pretty worn out but still functional. We had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. overall it was a very good experience

Overall the house and property was beautiful. Stunning home and we had lots of fun! They provided just about anything you will need hygiene wise and some cleaning items. Was a great experience for the most part but unfortunately we did come across a few problems that put a bump in the road.
We found 2 mostly drank bottles underneath the double bed in the game room. pretty gross.
The master bedroom did have what we believed is a urine stain on the rug possibly from an animal or a child? Not sure since we only had all adults on our trip so it was there when we arrived but room smelled like urine the whole time. We were unsure where it was coming from until our last night as we were cleaning up we spotted the stain.
The twin bed did have a huge stain on the bed skirt upon arrival.
The dishwasher does not turn on so everything was hand washed.
The propane grill was very dirty and rusty aswell as a wasp nest inside. they did provide an extra propane tank, but sadly there were no grilling utensils to clean the grill so we were unable to use the food we intend to grill.
The Ice maker in the freezer did not work- i suggest buying a bag or two of ice!
Grass looked like it hasn’t been cut in a few weeks. really unfortunate as we inteded to spend a lot of time outside but grass was too long for comfort with the bugs and spiders we saw.
Primary bathroom shower does not drain very great. End up standing in an inch 1/2 puddle the whole time.
The AC only cools at night.
