As you enter the main living area you immediately are welcomed with a wide open floor plan. The interior of Friday At Last features a full gourmet kitchen with all the accouterments for the cook, which includes 2 refrigerators, microwave, 2 dishwashers, stove with oven, 2 coffee makers (keurig and traditional), a commercial ice maker, toaster, a Ninja blender, and an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef smile. The dining table seats 16 comfortably plus an additional four at the breakfast bar. With high ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and an HDTV in the living room, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise as soon as you walk in the door. There is a powder bath located off the kitchen for all of your guests to enjoy with easy access from the private pool. We are also right across to the community pool for double the pool pleasure!

Friday At Last`s alluring 6 master suites offer all king en suites and are designed with beautiful decor. The convenience of two masters located on the main floor of the home is a huge plus for this large property. The full-size bathrooms offer plenty of room for getting ready. The comfortable seventh sleeping room with a set of single over double bunk beds provides a fun yet functional feel. This room is great for all the kids to hang out and watch TV on the flat-screen TV. This home is equipped with two sets of washers and dryers as well. One for each level.

New to Friday At Last is a custom-built exterior fire place, outdoor kitchen, and TV! The charcoal smoker grill is sure to get used nightly! The private pool area has plenty of seating for everyone, and you have the option to heat in the colder months or cool in the summer.

Friday At Last offers garage parking for one vehicle plus an additional seven parking spaces. Fishing and golfing are located a few miles away. The beach is only a golf cart away. This provides an easy need to load up your vehicle with beach gear when you can drive a golf cart or walk.

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

4. For every parking space on the property, New Wave will supply 8 parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
