About this house rental
This is one of 2 our beloved vacation houses. (Another one located in prestigious Pebble Beach - search for Property ID: 313123).
The property is newly redesigned by renowned architect modern farmhouse. It is located 45 minutes from SF, 3 mins from the center of Sonoma, and 20+ minutes from Napa. The property offers over 5600 sq. feet of luxury space, 3.25 acres of beautiful and private land with spectacular views, Chardonnay vineyard, oversize pool, and bocce court.
Our modern farmhouse comprised of 3 separate buildings: main house, guest house, and cottage. The main house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 stories-high living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, bar, and open kitchen/dining area with amazing views from every window.
Guest house has upstairs large en-suite with space for yoga/exercises and large deck. And, guess, the view from the windows can easily compete with main house views.
Charming cottage has queen sleeping sofa, full bathroom, and vineyard-facing deck.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests per house is limited to ten (10) persons or the number specified in the reservation whichever is less. This number is not included small kids. The maximum number of registered guests and their visitors allowed during the day is 16 persons. This limit does not apply to children under three (3), nor does it apply on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas.

The house was well laid out for our group. We enjoyed the property. However, it should be noted that this property is up for sale and the exterior is very neglected. Bocce ball court is in poor condition, pool chairs were dirty and the outside of the house isn’t well maintained. The interior was fairly clean minus lots of cobwebs. The A/c in the living room is broken and we were told it would be fixed after we leave. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t return.

The house was absolutely perfect!!! We chose your home due to the number of ensuites. Rooms were extremely clean and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. And the fruit trees and fresh lemons were a welcome surprise.
