2 NIGHT MIN Nov-April. 1 level 2 bedrm 2 bath 1,500 sqft home on Golf Course 1st tee. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min to Main Street, shopping. Park w/ playground, tennis/pickle ball, 5 min. walk. Nehalem Bay Park: trails, horseback riding 15 min walk. Hiking, surfing, SUP, fishing, crabbing, kayaking within 10 minutes. 1 full, 1 twin in guest; queen, 1 twin in mstr. 2 bench seat sofas sleep one each. License limit 8, $20 a day EXTRA for guests # 7, 8. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. MCA #1160

Wonderful vacation home for our family! Super clean, well stocked, plenty of seating for our family plus guests. Nice deck and view of golf course. Plenty of parking. Perfect location for golf, beach access & a short walk to downtown. Nice place to relax with family. Quiet area. Fenced back yard & deck for grandkids and our furbaby. Jeff and Paulla were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home! Look forward to visiting again next year!! :)

Wonderful home in Manzanita for our party of 5 plus our doodles. Very comfortable home away from home with lots of windows and natural lighting. Nice location right next to golf and great walking distance to Nehalem beach, and close proximity to other beaches like Cannon and Seaside. Also close proximity to town boutique restaurants and town markets. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for us and our two elementary school kids. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful windows, and an easy walk to the beach and town. The location along the coast was perfect for visiting multiple parks, overlooks, and stunning beaches. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
