Enjoyed our stay very much. Did not spend much time in the house due to wedding activities. 2 things could use improvement. 1, the low northeast bedroom was too low and too soft. 2, we had an 82 year old that had a tough time getting in and out of the front door due to the high step...maybe a ramp would be helpful.

The house is located in a nice quiet area of North Bend.
We received comprehensive instructions on how to enter the house and use amenities via text message and were greeted with quiet and clean environment.
Below are the points that could help the house to become a superior property.
1. The dining area is in need of a dining table. The table that is used as a dining table right now is a display case with an additional shelf, which makes it impossible to sit at the table.
2. Kitchen could benefit from adding more “kitchen things” like wine glasses, bowls, towels, tea pot.. I purchased and left behind some wine glasses as well as an electric water kettle for future guests to use.
3. The bedrooms require a special attention of the owners. I am talking about two bedrooms with Queen size beds. Both beds need new mattresses. Urgently! The existing mattresses offer no support. Nights that are intended for resting become torturous. We had to shorten our vacation and rent a hotel room to repair the damage that was done to our backs by these bad mattresses.
The owner gets a Gold Star for Wifi/TV and Netflix.
Garage is spanking clean and the washing machine and dryer worked well.
The house has a huge potential, and we hope that the owner will consider our recomendations.
