The place was super clean which was awesome👍🏻. The owner was very nice and always replied to texts within minutes. They also gave as plenty of towels, wine, juice and water - thank you. One of its perks is also the location as it is only 5minutes from the beach. And the best part was the parking - plenty of space right at the door to the apartment - easy unpacking and packing. We also travelled a lot so we were quite scared if the parking slots wouldn’t be filled late at night but never ! Great value for money.
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped ( no oven, the strainer was way to small for pasta but we managed 😂) and also the privacy was a bit lacking as it is right at the ground floor everyone can see inside and there were always people walking around so we always had to have the courtains drawn - which made the rooms like a cave.
But these are just small details nothing groundbreaking .

Can I give a rating higher than a "10"?
Great hosts, easy walk to the beach with the stand-up paddleboard, near a great supermarket, plenty of parking, lots of staples in the kitchen to get started with meals, ultra-quick responses to any queries and needs.
There are probably cheaper apartment options nearby, but we didn't pursue them, based on the previous ratings.
