For all stays at this extended-stay property, a $1,500 damage hold will be placed on the payment card on the day of departure and will remain in place for 7 days while our management team completes the property inspection.
If damage is found, guests will be contacted before any funds are collected for repairs or replacements. If no issues are identified, the hold will be released in full after the 7-day inspection period.
In the event of cancellation, a 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied (except for Marriott and Airbnb reservations). To cover any damages not associated with normal wear and tear, a $1500 damage deposit will be collected 7 days prior to check-in. The guest authorizes Walla Walla Vacation Rentals to use the original method of payment, including credit cards, if any damages are found. Please note that the damage deposit does not limit liability, and guests are responsible for any damages in excess of the deposit. Unused damage deposits will be returned within 7 days of check-out, with a 4% merchant service fee applied (except for Marriott or Airbnb reservations)

House and location were great but they advertised a patio and yard. Dirt and weeds and no chairs and an empty propane for the bbq. Ice maker was broken. No A/C as advertised.
If you rent this place take pictures and video of everything inside when you get there. They claimed I did $800 in damages which is ridiculous. What they claimed was actually impossible.
I’m challenging the claims.
