This newly remodeled house has high design and brilliant colors around every corner. There are two seating areas, both with smart TVs and couches. This home is pet friendly with a fenced back yard featuring a grassy area, picnic table, patio with rocking chairs and a grill. This property is only a mile from Downtown Nampa and has quick access to the freeway to explore the rest of the Treasure Valley.
Please Note:
Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
Due to the home being older construction, the ceiling height is on the lower side than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.

Nice, clean, quiet spot. Perfect for the 3 of us. Just watch your head if you're over 6ft and staying in the basement . Comfortable beds, great water pressure. Close to everything.

The Hudson House was really cute and clean, looked just as the pictures described. We got to it in the dark and it was easy to find. The host was super attentive to our needs.

We were there for three months and had no issues. The hosts are extremely kind and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
