Make great memories with friends and family in this quiet and newly renovated 1880’s home that is within walking distance or a short drive ( 0.4 miles)to some of the best fishing spots Conneaut Creek has to offer. A seven minute drive to the Lake Erie shoreline and beautiful Conneaut Harbor makes viewing world class sunsets and being first on the water a breeze.
The home is equipped with all of the amenities of your own home and decorated with a rustic lake house feel. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably with a pull out couch that can provide sleeping for 2 additional guests. This cozy home is situated on 4+ acres of partially wooded property..The home is approximately 300 feet from the neighboring homes and roadway. The home's location ensures plenty of privacy for guests.Take time to view wildlife while sipping your morning coffee on the back or front porch.(the turkeys and deer usually walk through around 7 am. 😉 Enjoy quiet nights around the fire pit making memories with family and friends and getting back to what's important in life. It is perfect for young children. Nice big yard, on a dead-end road with very little traffic for riding bikes. It is very private, quiet and secluded yet it is only minutes or a bike ride from restaurants, groceries, parks and Lake Erie.

Vince and Danielle were great hosts, very personable and courteous. Their property was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Everything was easy to use and understand, and we loved the outdoor area. We would absolutely book here again in the future.

Kitchen had all the amenities. Frying pans were not easy to cook with. The fridge was to cold the milk froze and the water dispenser leaked onto the floor
