About this apartment hotel
You will be close so many things - centrally located in Osage Beach, minutes from Margaritaville, close to restaurants, shopping and bars!
You’ll have a private guest suite with a small balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, 50 inch TV, + 2 COMFORTABLE king-size beds.
We are close by if you need anything - but we won’t bother you at all! You may hear our dogs bark every once in a while.
**We are not owned by Margaritaville; their amenities are separate**
*1 car per unit! There is overflow parking at the pool.
*If you are uncomfortable with parallel parking, this may not work for you 🚗 we are close to the lake and parking is tight.
*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WALK UP AND DOWN STAIRS

The location was close to lots of activities and food options. The parking and curvy neighborhood roads were not ideal but the listing was very clear about this situation. Some previous reviews mentioned the stairs being hot but there is now an AC unit and it was not difficult for our family to go up/down the stairs at all. We had trouble when there were work trucks blocking the exit which was out of their control. The apartment was nice and had basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet even with another family staying next door. The main issue we had inside was under the beds was quite dirty. My smaller child found a used vape cartridge and some gummy candy, and it was dirty when their toys fell under the beds. We also could have used more hooks for hanging wet towels and clothes.

This property has some issues. The deck was filthy and we had to clean it in order to try to enjoy it. When I said something to the manager her response was “of course it is it outside”! I agree with that but it could still be cleaned up the day guests arrive. The screen door locked and we could not open it. The sink faucet was loose. The toilet was loose. The shower drained slowly. The coffee pot did not work. The manager was nice when I brought things up and offered a refund if we left by 6:30 but we were tired from traveling and did not want to look for another place.
