House 1.8 km from the beach at St Germain sur Ay and 200m from the dunes of Le Havre, in the Cotentin Natural Park, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes or bike rides and seaside activities.
Very pleasant house with a 900m² enclosed garden, 2 terraces, a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers.
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, WC, kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
Nearby, you will find many activities:
15 minutes away: Visit to Lessay Abbey, the REO Camembert factory, go-karting.
20 minutes away: Departure from Carteret for the Channel Islands.
45 minutes away: Utah Beach, museums, D-Day landing beaches, the biscuit factories of Sortoville-en-Baumont or Quinéville.
At 1 hour:
- Villedieu-les-Poêles, bell-making
- Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, voted France's favorite village
- La Hague, Goury lighthouse, Jobourg headland, Port Racine, Ludiver Planetarium, Sciotot surf beach, Cherbourg with its Cité de la Mer (Maritime Museum).
At 1 hour 20 minutes:
- Granville, its port, Plat Gousset beach, and the Christian Dior Museum
- Mont Saint-Michel
You can enjoy the sun, deckchairs, the sea, walks, sightseeing, or sample seafood, visit local farmers' markets, etc. A beautiful region to discover.

Second year staying here.
Lovely bright house, lots of space.
Very large secure garden, perfect for our dog.
Lovely patio and garden furniture so nice to relax there.
Close to lots of big wild beaches (some dog friendly year round).
Bakery round the corner, cafes and restaurants 10 minutes away.
Hosts are very responsive to query’s. We had a problem with the internet and they contacted the provider and got it sorted very quickly…
Note - bring your own towels and linen as these are not provided..

Such a pretty house.
Spacious, clean and bright.
We enjoyed sitting and eating out on the lovely patio furniture and the garden was big and perfectly secure for our dog to play.
The location is perfect. Walking distance to the village, the marshes and the local beach.
Several amazing quiet beaches (some dog friendly) and lovely towns within 20 minutes by car.
We were left alone to enjoy the holiday and it was so peaceful and quiet.
We will definitely return..
