Come and discover the charming ski resort of Les Menuires and stay in this 2* flat of 30 m², at the foot of the slopes with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains!
Located in a residence, close to all amenities, you will have a fitted living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the view!

The flat:
Located on the 7th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a bench or a single bed, a TV, a dining table for 5 people and access to the balcony.
- A kitchenette open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso filter and pod coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, storage space, a rack, a heated towel rail
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A sheltered balcony of approximately 4 m², south-east facing with two chairs and a great view of the mountains and the ski area.

The Bruyères area is located in the resort of Les Ménuires, which is itself part of the 3 Valleys ski area. The Plan de l'Eau under the Bruyères district, 2 min away, cross-country skiing in winter and walks, barbecue, fishing and hiking departure (Lac du lou) in summer.

In summer, come and enjoy the beauty of the various bodies of water in the region and the activities they have to offer: cycling, kayaking, via-ferata, botanical trails, fishing or a visit to the sublime Tuéda reserve! Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat...

- Bruyères cable car at the bottom of the residence.
- Shuttle service to the various surrounding ski resorts, train stations and airports from Moûtiers station.
- Val Thorens bus station at 6.8 km (10 minutes by car)
