Come and take a breath of Alpine air and discover this 42 m² apartment with a superb view on the mountains. In winter as well as in summer, come and discover this quiet resort at 3 km from the center of Flumet and its lake.
This cozy apartment at the foot of the slopes, which can accommodate up to 8 people, has a living room with access to a balcony, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bedroom area and a shower room.
Private parking space. Wifi. Sheets and towels extra.
The apartment:
Located on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs, the apartment is arranged as follows:
Entrance with checkroom
Living room:
- Lounge area with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed
- Dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people
- Kitchenette open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette and pancake maker...
- Access to the balcony through a large bay window.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a cupboard.
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a cupboard.
- Corner mountain near the entrance with a bunk bed (2 beds).
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and towel dryer
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- Balcony of 7 m², facing East with a superb view of the mountains and ski slopes, equipped with a small table, chairs and relaxing armchairs.
- Private parking space. Free parking spaces are located at the exit of the residence.

- Located at the foot of the slopes, within the 170 km Espace Diamant ski area, the apartment is close to the resorts of Crest-Voland and Les Saisies

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging ... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a trail or climbing on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon !
Transportation :
- Shuttles are available to the village and other surrounding villages
- Cab in Flumet and Bus station in Megève.
- The best solution for a greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).
