Superb cosy and functional studio located on the 5th floor with lift in the Griou residence in the heart of the Lioran resort. It has a capacity to accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed 140x190, open to its fitted kitchen with top fridge, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen and traditional filter coffee maker.
At the entrance you will have a mountain corner with 1 bunk bed in 90x190 as well as a shower room with its toilet.
This cosy 18 m² accommodation, located at the foot of the ski slopes, has a balcony with a view of the mountain and the ski area.
The rental is located in the centre in an area close to shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.
The residence has an outdoor car park, allowing you to park your vehicle near the accommodation.
You will be able to use a ski locker dedicated to rental.
A tailor-made stay for dream holidays!
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Internet connection is not available.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Possible to rent them through our agency.

Vue magnifique, Emplacement idéal pour skier en famille. Appartement refait avec goût et chaleureux.
Ajouter une paire de ciseaux, des assiettes qui passent au micro ondes et un aspirateur.
