Located in the heart of the village of Les Houches, at the foot of the Mont Blanc, this duplex appartment is entirely new and has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. There is private parking outside with 2 reserved parking spaces.
Situated on the 3rd floor the duplex benefits from direct lift access to the main living area, which consists of
A large living room of 60 sq metres
A fully equipped open plan kitchen with a central island
3 beautiful bedrooms all with private en-suite shower rooms and toilets
a guest toilet
a 4th bathrooom for the upstairs bedroom
A large staircase leads up the mezzanine level where there are 2 more bedrooms under the roof.
1 bedroom which is ideal for adults
a 2nd bedroom, principally designed for children with 2 beds (140cm x 190cm) and a games room area with a tv and toys. A baby’s cot is available upon request, and the stairs are fully secured with a gate.
There is direct access to the surrounding balcony from both the living room area and the bedrooms which offers some of the most stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
All the rooms have been beautifully designed and all have their own TV.
All linen, sheets and towels are also provided and to welcome you on holiday, and make your stay even more pleasant basic kitchen condiments are also provided (oils, coffee capsules, washing up liquid, and toilet paper ).
The is a cellar downstairs for ski storage and the apartment offers easy access to the local shops. It is situated close to a local bus stop which will take you to the ski area of Les Houches in under 2 minutes and up to Chamonix in only 8 minutes.

We had an amazing stay and Wim was responsive and very helpful. That included having grab bars installed in one bathroom to accommodate a member of our party with limited mobility. The town of Les Houches was a perfect Alpine base, and the duplex was set up twitch everything we needed.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very well appointed and very spacious. It was larger then we expected and very comfortable. it’s right by the bus stop, and centrally located in Les Houches. We did not have a car, and would recommend car hire as the buses were often full and it took a while to travel to the different ski areas of Chamonix (although we were there in U.K. half term). It was very relaxing to get back to the apartment after a full days skiing. Le Delice (almost next door) was great for food, the brewery was good for drinks and burgers and the Wine Factory (across the road) was really lovely. Perfect place for a group of friends/families, Les Houches itself is much quieter and low key than Chamonix. It was a gem of a find, if you are looking for a relaxing stay in more luxurious accommodation.

Property is really well positioned in Les Houches with restaurants, bakery and supermarket all close by.
Bus stop just outside property
Apartment is well provisioned and bedrooms all a good size. Kids really enjoyed the attic room space.
