Charming country house with a 500 m² garden. Behind its traditional stone facade, discover a bright and contemporary interior adorned with original decorative elements. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Tréguidel, this house is a perfect starting point for exploring the superb Goëlo coast (10 km). The lively seaside resort of Binic, just a stone's throw away, charms with its white sandy beaches and numerous sporting activities. In spring and summer, traditional festivals, such as the famous Sea Shanty Festival in Paimpol, enliven the region.
Experience the countryside while being close to magnificent coastal scenery, perfect for a daily mix of beaches. The Lanvollon market, 5 km away, beckons every Friday. Binic and St. Quay-Portrieux, renowned seaside resorts, are easily accessible. From St-Quay, hike the steep cliff paths to the charming port of Paimpol and enjoy breathtaking panoramas.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is adjacent to an uninhabited part of the neighboring house at the height of the hedge. No cell phone reception in and around the facility. No WLAN. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Longere traditionnelle bretonne agreable pour 2 ou 4 personnes située dans petit village de campagne, sans commerces (presence d'un bar associatif uniquement). Grande pelouse sans ombre. Point d'attention : rue très passante + pas de connexion internet ni de wifi. La côte et les plages à 15/20 mn en voiture. Proprietaires agreables.
