Located in Imperia and just 600 m from the beach Borgo Prino, the holiday apartment Il Girasole offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 50 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. From June 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, guests can use the swimming pool located a few dozen meters from the property. Its use is shared with the campsite.

In October/November Imperia hosts the ‘OLIOOLIVA’ festival of oil that exhibits typical local products and of course the oil, and "taggiasche" olives, native to the area.

Near the houses there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, all within walking distance as well as markets for zero km products, freshly caught fish or crafts.

Porto Maurizio’s Farmers Market is every Tuesday and Thursday. The Farmers Market in nearby town ‘Oneglia’, every Wednesday and Saturday. Distance to the city centre of Porto Maurizio: 1,3 km.



In Imperia, there is a new bicycle path that goes as far as Ospedaletti and another section up to Diano Marina has been opened.



From November 3rd to 5th there is a new oil fair called "OLIOLIVA" in Imperia. Various food specialties, handcrafted by artisans, are displayed at this festival.
