The villa is located on the hills of Sorrento, on a natural panoramic terrace straddling the two gulfs of Naples and Salerno, only 5 km from Sorrento and 8 km from Positano and the Amalfi coast. It is perfect for 8 people looking for the tranquillity of a villa with a relaxing garden, a small refreshing swimming pool and a service that is attentive to all needs. You will be hosted directly by the owners and their family who will take care of you. The location of the Villa is perfect for visiting all the nearby points of interest, away from the traffic but on the main road connecting Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast, a perfect place to rest after excursions to Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento and Pompeii.
The Villa is surrounded by a luxuriant garden with a masonry Bbq, an equipped canopy with sea view in typical "al fresco" pagliarelle, a small panoramic swimming pool (6.00 mt x 3.50) sunbeds with towels, solarium with shower, lemon trees, aromatic plants and internal parking for two small cars. Large patio with aromatic garden available.
The structure is on 3 levels, each room has a panoramic view of the splendid Gulf of Naples and elegant furniture. Each room is different to meet the style of each guest.On the ground floor there is the entrance into a large living room with sofa bed, TV, blu-ray dvd, virtual assistant (music and information) air conditioning, double marble stairs that connect the three floors, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (espresso, cappuccino, American) table and chairs for 10 people.From the kitchen and the entrance there is access to the covered patio with tables and chairs and the pool. On the same floor there is a bathroom with hydromassage shower, window, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a double bedroom with divisible beds, large wardrobe, air conditioning, panoramic window, and a private terrace equipped with sofas and sunshade. Because of the particularity of this room, it can be used by persons with limited mobility.On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: the first double room with divisible beds with panoramic window, wardrobe, air conditioning. The second double bedroom (not divisible) with a small private panoramic terrace, air conditioning, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and bathtub (for two persons) and a sea view window.
