The flat Lieblingsplatz is located in the skiing area See im Paznaun and enchants with its furnishings that harmoniously combine the old and the new in an alpine-Scandinavian style and its great mountain view. The flat is beautifully situated on the hill, so you have a view of the village of Paznaun. The region is perfect for hiking in summer and winter sports in winter. The 77 m² holiday flat consists of an entrance hall with wardrobe, living and kitchen area with a cosy dining area, sofa, a top equipped, open design kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. 3rd bedroom, 17 m² (can be booked for 5 people or more) with bathroom (outside the flat) - but connected underground. Affectionately called our garden suite. Direct access to the garden with covered terrace. There is a flat-screen TV in each bedroom. In addition, the holiday flat has WLAN. There is a fireplace in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement. A high chair, baby cot and children's tableware is also available. Bedroom 1 has 1 king-size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 king-size bed. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture and a covered terrace is also available. The flat is located directly on the ski slope and only 400 metres from the ski lift. The nearest restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars can be reached by car in one minute or on foot in 10 minutes (470/880 m). The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes away by car. In 2 minutes by car you can reach a bathing lake directly in the village. The flat is only 15 minutes by car from Ischgl and 25 minutes from Sankt Anton am Arlberg. Lech am Arlberg is 47 km away. The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, 86 km from the accommodation. Free parking is available at the property. Pets are not allowed. Towels are included in the price. Bed linen is included in the price. A ski storage room with heated ski storage is available.
