The well-kept apartment building is situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of Garmisch. The nearest shopping facilities such as a bakery, greengrocer's and bacon store and the bus stop are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Access to cross-country ski trails within walking distance.
The 2-room apartment is furnished in country house style and has a living room with a comfortable couch and armchair. The light-flooded bay window with cozy dining table, typical for Upper Bavaria, serves as an eye-catcher from the living room. Direct access from the living room to the spacious southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with comfortable furniture. The modern kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. For a restful night's sleep, there is a bedroom made of Swiss stone pine with a double bed and large closet, which offers enough space for your vacation wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The spacious entrance area is complemented by a separate checkroom and a guest WC with washbasin.

We really enjoyed our stay booked through Mahr. We found the team responsive and attentive. During our three different stays, the apartment was always clean and ready on time. The staff helped us navigate the German bureaucracy. I look forward to booking our next stay through them. My inability to speak German was never a problem, as the staff was able to help me in English.

Beautiful rental. Attractive Bavarian decor. Very clean. Very comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only one bath towel per person for our 10 night stay was not enough. Small kitchen but it worked. Could have used a few minor things like a hot mitt and rubber spatula and sharp vegetable peeler. Perfect location. Parking garage was nice but very tight to maneuver mid size vehicle. Easy check in. Garbage sorting a little confusing, a little different than how we do it at home. Would Definitely recommend and Definitely return!

Tolle Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten sowohl am Hausberg als auch bei der Kreuzeckbahn. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
