The holiday apartment La Perla del Golfo 2 is located in Capoliveri and enchants guests with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped open space kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include a washing machine, air conditioning (in bedroom and kitchen/living room) and a TV.
There is a large terrace in front of the house, which has both an uncovered and a covered space. It is fully furnished with sun loungers, table, chairs and lounge furniture and captivates with a view of the sea, especially the gulf "Golfo Stella" with the islands of Pianosa and Montecristo.
Thanks to the central location, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot and the nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute walk (220 m) away. In just 5 minutes by car (2.4 km) you can reach the beach Spiaggia dei Peducelli. Just a few steps away from the Capoliveri Centre.
Extra fee for baby cot and high chair.

Pros: Das Apartment war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll von Ikea der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer war traumhaft. In 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum.
Cons: Der Vermieter bietet keinen Parkplatz an, öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es sehr wenig , so muss man täglich ca mindestens 1 bis 3 Kilometer entfernt parken, wir waren nicht mal in der Hauptsaison.
Das größte Problem war die Agentur vor Ort, die in keinster weise unterstützend bei offenen Fragen war, leider sogar unverschämt reagierte. So konnten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes die Eingangstüre nicht verschließen, wir haben dann nur die Shutter versperrt, was Gott sei dank wenigstens eine kleine Sicherheit war.
Außerdem war die steile Treppe die zum Eingang führt bei Nacht nicht beleuchtet.
