Hill View House is a newly built luxury Cotswold stone holiday home near Shipston-on-Stour which can sleep 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the spacious ground floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with sliding doors leading onto the patio and large garden and an inviting living room with plenty of comfy seating and wood burning stove for cooler evenings. One of the ensuite bedrooms is also on the ground floor offering accessibility for those who may need it. Hill View House is also a pet friendly holiday home and welcomes up to two dogs. The annexe above the garage comes equipped with an ensuite bedroom, small kitchen and living room.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided - all bedding is hypoallergenic
Off street parking is available for up to 5 cars
1 highchair is available on request

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk

We all had a fantastic time at the beautiful property , Plenty of room for everyone, really comfortable. dog loved it as well . Lots of great walks, lovely village pub , loads of great road and trail runs for the more active . Wonderful views across the Cotswold countryside . Very helpful lady came as we first arrived to assist with oven and heating, she also made sure we were all ok and to contact her if we had issues during our stay .Log burner very straightforward to use , with plenty of logs about to use . Overall an excellent property . Thank you .

We had a super weekend with friends. The house was brilliant, loads of space for everyone and everything. We’d love to stay again but next year we will be too many.

A light filled comfy house. All the bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Everything felt high quality. Our favourite space was the kitchen, dining and settee area - spacious, comfy with huge windows looking over countryside - and easily accommodated ten people and two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with every item you could need. The garden is huge! Lots of walks in gorgeous countryside and a short walk to a very lovely pub. We’ve stayed in many Cotswold houses and this has been the best for us.

An amazing house in a fantastic location, easy to get to all the gorgeous villages!
we are a group of five friends and it suited our needs perfectly, bedrooms were all gorgeous and spacious and the beds were very comfy.
Kitchen was huge with a large Island unit and all the equipment and utensils etc you could possibly need.
Would definitely come back again, thank you for a lovely stay!
