This charming detached villa with a private swimming pool offers beautiful views of the surrounding valley. The villa is approximately 400 m2 spread over 2 floors and can accommodate 12 people. That is perfect for multiple families or group of friends.
You are in the green heart of Umbria, between the Lake Trasimeno, Cortona and Perugia. It is just minutes from San Giovanni del Pantano and 15 km from Umbertide.
The villa has been carefully renovated to maintain its original character. The rooms offer a very welcoming and comfortable spaces for a relaxing stay. At the villa there is a large garden at different levels with an olive grove. Close to the farm, oil, olives, lavender, lemons, aloe vera and other plants are produced. The saltwater swimming pool (5x12 m) is surrounded by 10 sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower. Furthermore, there are 4 covered terraces and 2 hammocks.
The villa is accessible via a well-kept dirt road, but it is advisable to be careful.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
