This area leads out to a terrace. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the main level. Upstairs, accessible by a steep staircase, you will find one room with a single bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm long) and another room with a double bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long). The house has gas heating and wooden floors throughout.
