About this house rental
High up in the hills in Théoule-sur-Mer, this is a 3-bedroom holiday home offering stunning sea views. There are a shared swimming pool and a shared tennis court to have fun outdoor. You can stay here in comfort with a family or 6 persons. The holiday home is located near the forest of Esterel with its rugged coastline and beautiful hiking trails. You can easily reach the sea, sandy beach, restaurants, cafes and harbors. The town centre and supermarkets are at 1.5 km. Nice places to visit are the fashionable Cannes 17 km away, Monaco's capital Monte Carlo, the perched village of Eze, the perfume capital of Grasse and the quaint town of Mandelieu. The holiday home has a fireplace in the living room to enjoy the fire on the colder evenings. Freshly prepared meals and cosy barbecues can be savoured in the verandah. To relax, you can walk straight onto the terrace, which offers a beautiful sea view. At night, you can take a leisurely walk in the fenced garden. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The train station is 3.5 km away.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Villa whilst compact was very comfortable (for 4 of us). Views over to Cannes were amazing. Definitely need to be able to walk up/down hills/steps to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa! The sea views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, The shared pool was a great spot for relaxing after our hikes in the nearby Esterel forest, The house was spacious enough for our family of six, and we enjoyed cozy evenings by the fireplace, Definitely a place to return to!

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die Terasse ist ringsherum begrünt, so dass man die unmittelbar angrenzenden Nachbarn nicht sieht. Leider war fast täglich Baulärm oder Lärm bei Gartenarbeiten von eines der vielen Nachbargrundstücke zu hören, auch Fluglärm störte. Nachts war es ruhig. Das Haus war im Wohn/Küchenbereich im EG praktikabel und einfach eingerichtet. Im großen Schlafzimmer im 1. OG und in dem winzigen dunklen Kinderzimmer und dem sehr kleinen und dunklen Schlafzimmer im EG fehlten Schränke und Stühle als Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar. Fußläufig sind der Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur schwer zu erreichen. Der Gemeinschaftspool war sauber und gepflegt, Ende Mai war das Kinderbecken nicht gefüllt. Am Pool gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten.

We werden heel prettig ontvangen en vonden het een fijn huis om in te verblijven. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het er erg rustig. We hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht en het mooie weer. Een zeer geslaagde vakantie.
