The tastefully furnished apartment is located about 4 km from the road from Landeck to Fiss/Ladis in the Tyrolean village of Hochgallmigg. Its ideal location and facilities make it a good choice for a family holiday.
You are just 8 km from the centre of Landeck and the Venet ski area. The ski area 'Fiss-Serfau-Ladis' is also just 20 km away. Italy (e.g. Lake Reschen, Merano) and Switzerland (e.g. Samnaun, St. Moritz) can be reached within 30 minutes. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. During the winter, there is a children's lift for the little skiers at just 1 km.
The apartment on the second floor features a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains like the Venet from the balcony.
With the Tirol West Card, you can use the Venetbahn cable car free of charge daily, in addition to the basic services. Enjoy the 360° view at the summit and take advantage of the diverse range of activities at the Venet-Genussberg.

The apartment was well-equipped with a small balcony. The picture on the website was misleading because the apartment is in the middle of a small village with other houses close by. Very pleasant and nice to see the activity all around but not quite what we were expecting. Our host was very friendly and helpful and altogether we had a very enjoyable stay.

7 nachten hier verbleven met mijn dochter van 9 jaar! van 18-09-22 t/m 25-09-2022 Het appartement brandschoon en echt alles was aanwezig! Goede douche, vaatwasser, oven, ruime koelkast met vriesvak en zelfs een tosti apparaat! Uitstekend bed en een balkon. Eigenaresse bijzonder aardig en heeft ons tips gegeven voor uitjes in de buurt met als hoogtepunt het Funpark Fiss in Moseralm! Ze heeft zelfs onze badhanddoeken gewassen, echt top! Vanaf deze locatie kan je alle kanten op. Zo zijn we 1 dag Zwitserland geweest en 1 dag Innsbruck waar een prachtig mooi groot zwembad is. Het appartement staat op een berg, maar was voor ons geen enkel robleem. Super leuke vakantie gehad 10/10

Een zeer netjes en ruim appartement, heel schoon. Mooi uitzicht over het dal. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Het appartement ligt vrij afgelegen (geen winkels of bakker oid in de buurt) maar binnen 10-15 minuten heb je alles bij de hand. Mooi zwembad in dorp Fliess, en in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen. Erg goede prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding.
