It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin room, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Also inside, there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is a utility, off-road parking for two cars, surrounding lawns and a rear patio with furniture. Tan Y Garth Cottage is a charming cottage in a brilliantly rural location.

Amenities: Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric range cooker, fridge, freezer TV with Freeview, DVD, CD Player with Bluetooth, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.9 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: There is a steep staircase in the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken on the lane leading to the property as it can get icy & muddy on occasions. Note: This property does not accept cats.
