Flaviano was really easy with the appointment for the pickup of the keys. We were one hour late, but it did not matter. He was really fast in answering and that was really convenient. Furthermore, Flaviano instantly came when our lights went off and fixed it, could not have had a better host. Lastly, the view is breathtaking!
