It was like visiting a relative’s house😊The host was great, due to the line in passport control out arrival was late. But Beppie was very understanding and welcomed us with a warm smile. The location was great, walling distance to the central Amsterdam and close to the metro and the trams.
I would prefer to sleep in white or light colored sheets. The sheets were flannel nice and suitable for the winter time.
And due to my physical conditions, the steep stairs was somewhat challenging although been informed about.

Beppe and Robert’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was very well appointed with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable
The stairs from the front door were very steep. Ok for us but some may struggle. There was no conventional oven - not a big deal but would have been handy.

Was informed 1 week before arrival of building works next door. too late to find an alternative. Heating an issue (at 130 euros per night). Not the advertised view. No compensation for shortcomings
