Modern, up-to-date hotel with lots of parking.
Staff was not unfriendly but reserved.
Room large enough, bed fine, as was the shower.
Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant (also breakfast place) available but not too inviting, evening menu rather small and the food was ‘all right’ but not special.
There was some black mold in the shower: 4 stars?
Bit overpriced.

The modernity with good facilities - free car park is a bonus.
Check in time is strictly adhered to (1600 hrs) after a long drive from San Sebastian we would have liked to get our room on arrival (1500hrs) - not a lot to ask if the room is ready.

The staff were very kind, especially those in the dining room. The bed was huge and therefore we slept very well. The bathroom was big and clean.
We travel a lot and for the first time in my life we had to pay €140,50 deposit. We were not advised about this beforehand and I find it quite steep. We still have not gotten it back.
