The property itself is normal , 2 bathrooms and a long balcony.
After making the booking, I received an email asking for a deposit — with no clear explanation. I even had to call to understand what it was about, and the call itself felt extremely unprofessional: loud background noise, dogs, kids, everything.
Nothing about this experience felt “luxurious.”
When we arrived, the lift wasn’t working, so we had to use the stairs for two out of our three days.
Then the real headache started…
They held my deposit for one full month, claiming they “suspected” we had extra people staying — which was completely untrue. They stopped replying to my messages, so I had to call customer support 5–6 times, spending 40 minutes to 1 hour each time just to get my own money back.
Honestly, believe it or not — save yourself the hassle and keep scrolling.
