Beautiful (probably Russian-owned) villa attached to a large hotel, probably built at the same time as the hotel for when the owner came to visit (but who knows!).
Lots of modern high-quality fittings, TV, kitchen...

Two huge TVs, even one in the master bedroom.
Large double garage so rental car was secure at night.
A number of things did not work, like the security shutters and some of the fixtures and fittings were quite tired and broken, like the jacuzzi bath and amazing power shower - just NOT fundctioning.
We asked to get the shutter fixed at hotel reception and were repeatedly told someone would come but they never did.
The pool area is highly visible by passersby, walking along with seafront. There are palm trees separating the property from the path, but they do not provide privacy at at path level and obscure the beautiful view of the sea.
There are few retaurants nearby (apart from the hotel) and the walk to restaurants about 15 minutes away is up a very steep hill.
There is a small supermarket 3 minutes away in the hotel complex which is well stocked but it is very expesnive.

Tolle Lage, Toller Pool. Perfekte Aussicht. Das Haus ist geräumig mit 5 Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung Top mit ein paar Mängeln.
Einige Sachen funktionieren nicht. Ceranfeld defekt, Kochen nur mit Gas und einen alten Herd möglich, Müllschlucker im Abfluss defekt, Geschirrspüler war defekt (wurde ausgetauscht), Rollo defekt, einige Leuchten funktionieren nicht, das Haus hat geschätzt 100 Schalter und keiner weiß wofür.

Stor villa perfekt för flera, tex 2 familjer. 4 toaletter varav 3 med dusch. Väldigt härlig pool med perfekt möjlighet till häng både i sol o skugga. Ac i alla rum.
Wifi dålig. Fungerade bara i ett par rum. Inga instruktioner vad som gällde med tex städ, sopor osv. Hade varit trevligt (och kostar så lite) om det ingick diskhabdduk, diskmedel, lite salt o peppar tex men annars helt tillräcklig utrustning. Myrinvasion i ett sovrum o badrum gjorde att vi ej kunde använda det rummet på några dagar men ordnade sig sen. Läget fint men, man vill gärna ha bil, taxi för att ta sig iväg till de i min mening bättre områdena runt Pula.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer, große Unterkunft, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Hotel direkt daneben mit Abendunterhaltung. Jeder Raum extra klimatisiert.
Leider waren schon einige elektrische Kleinigkeiten… (einige Lampen defekt, Wäschetrockner funktionierte nicht, im
Pool 2 Lampen defekt)
