Safe for solo travellers. Gorgeous soft bed! Perfect for self catering with a microwave and cooker. Good location too
The bathroom is small — if you are tall you may struggle!

Location was good.plenty of parking space considering it was half term.Everthing you need to cook,pans cutlery, plates etc.very clean
The settee was too small and wasnt comfortable,also,needs a second chair for the table so you can eat together.
Windows need up grading.rattled when it was windy and the traffic noise was very loud.They do provide ear plugs,but it was still very noisy.Flat 5 is not seaside but on a very busy road.
Overall was OK for 3 nights but no longer.
We do stay in Scarborough alot.

The apartment was clean and had everything needed for my stay with nearby shops for grabbing the every day bits. Check in was quick and easy and it was nice and quiet.
The only downside I'd say and it is only a small thing is the shower head height was a little low. I'm 6'1 and the shower head was roughly eye level.

Good location. 14 min walk to town. Everything you needed in flat
The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very cramped for a larger person.
