Very cozy, easy to find, close to what we were looking for, and affordable. We were happy to have found this spot, and will very likely rebook it the next time we visit Eugene. Plenty of parking, close to campus.
Our only issue whatsoever was the thinness of the insulation in the ceiling. It was fairly easy to hear sounds, especially loud footsteps, in the unit above. We turned on fans and eliminated most of the sound, but heavy footsteps were still noticeable.

Adorable place. Perfect for my daughter and I to stay while touring U of O. Loved that they had filtered water in the fridge for us.
Super minor. My daughter could hear upstairs neighbors through the ceiling. Beds were comfy but squeeky on every turn.

Two bedrooms. Location and reasonable price compared to hotel alternatives for a busy football weekend.
$60.00 cleaning fee was excessive for a one night stay.

I didn't check my junk email, and had to call the manager for the door key code. I think using my phone number is the best code for the lock. I'm currently in Lincoln City, and they changed my phone number with a new number. I have to look it up every time I I come into the condo.
The blinds in the living room need to be replaced. There are a few slats missing.
